Latitude is involved in a number of product and technology development projects. We excel in bringing together a team to create product-oriented solutions for our customers. This list of selected projects illustrates our current focus on advanced applications for technologies in aerospace, sensor design, and unmanned systems development.
- Piccolo autopilot integration and support: Latitude’s experience in integrating Cloud Cap’s Piccolo autopilot has helped our clients get the most out of this versatile autopilot system.
- High Reliability Occupancy Sensor: Latitude, along with partner Solutions Engineering Inc, is developing a cutting edge occupancy sensor for the Department of Homeland Security’s Advanced Spectroscopic Portal Project.
- Greenland Ice Cap Expedition: Latitude, working along with Advanced Ceramics Research, supported a NOAA effort to measure the depth of melt pools in Greenland’s ice cap.
- AV8R Unmanned Aerial System: The AV8R is a low-cost electric UAS intended for rapid payload integration and low-risk flight testing. More information coming soon!
